Heath Bideau

Heath Bideau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heath started their career as a self-employed computer technician, providing technical support and consulting services. Heath then worked as an IT consultant at AM/PM PC & Network Services.

In 2012, they joined Digital Ally Inc. as the Head of International Sales and Marketing, where they successfully expanded the international distributor channel and developed new channels in 29 countries.

Heath later worked at Conversica as a Sales Development Manager, leading a high-volume outbound sales development team and increasing opportunity generation by 50% year over year.

Heath then joined Solect Energy as the Director of Inside Sales, where they managed and trained a team that generated double the qualified opportunities year over year.

At Zego, they held multiple roles, including as the Director of Customer Success and later as the Head of Sales & Operations. Heath achieved impressive results, such as 135% net revenue retention rate and 95% renewal rate for top clients.

Heath also worked at Rently as the VP of Customer Success, leading a global Client Success Organization of 100+ members in four countries.

Heath'smost recent position was as a Limited Partner at Interlock Capital.

Currently, they are the SVP of Customer Experience at Rentable.

Heath Bideau completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at The University of Kansas from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Washburn University between 2006 and 2010. Heath completed their high school education at Chanute High School from 2000 to 2004.
