Tom Staggs

Tom Staggs has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2009 with HearingPlanet, Inc. as a Team Lead Senior Sales Consultant. Tom was promoted to Senior Sales Consultant within 90 days, exceeding quota by 70%. In 2014, Tom moved to Cybera as an Account Executive, leveraging a unique application focused approach to network security and PCI-DDS compliance. In 2015, they joined Tinnitus Treatment Solutions as Sales & Business Development Director, managing market development, process development, business to business, and direct to consumer programs for medical device sales. In 2017, Tom began working for Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce as Sales & Business Development, successfully overseeing a sophisticated model of business development activity, established business relationships in the local community, sold complex projects, actively managed and grew revenue, and developed appropriate product solutions. Tom also started their own consulting business, TStaggsCo Consulting, in 2017, delivering consultative integration of project lifecycle management and providing complex, in-depth technical support and leadership during sales process. In 2020, Tom joined Clipboard Health as Director Of Operations, tasked with scaling new and established territories by building a sales team and sales program with a high growth target of 30% revenue growth month-over-month. Finally, in 2021, Tom began working at RentCheck as Director Of Business Development, helping property managers save time on inspections with easy self-guided inspections that anyone can do from their smartphone.
