John Dempsey has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with a career spanning multiple prestigious organizations. Dempsey worked at Amazon Web Services from 2012 to 2016 in executive recruiting before serving as Principal at Korn Ferry from 2008 to 2012. Dempsey continued to excel in research recruiting roles at Google from 2016 to 2023 and at Meta in early 2024.
