Michael Daniels

Michael Daniels has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael started their career as the General Manager for Tel-Com Wireless/5th Avenue Channel, overseeing Wireless Cable TV markets in Wisconsin and Costa Rica. Michael then worked as a Senior Account Manager at Multicom, where they provided consultative sales and system design for various audio, video, and security systems.

After that, Daniels served as the Central Florida Regional Manager at Darwin Networks, focusing on new market development for High-Speed Internet and IT/data business solutions. Michael then worked as the Commercial and Retail Sales Manager at Sprint Broadband Wireless, where they led a team in providing high-speed broadband internet services to residential and business customers.

In 2002, Daniels joined American Home Loans as the Director of Sales and Marketing. Michael established new departments, restructured operations, and directed sales representatives, loan officers, and processors.

From 2004 to 2008, Daniels was the Managing Director/COO at Southern Investments, where they managed two real estate franchises. Michael was responsible for staffing, market research, sales and marketing strategies, compliance, and overall P&L.

In 2008, Daniels joined Altisource as the Senior Manager REO Asset Management. Michael guided team leaders and managers in marketing and selling a high volume of REO inventory. Michael also played an active role in database and website design, process improvement, and vendor contract management.

In 2012, Daniels worked as a Business Consultant, specializing in single-family rental analysis and acquisitions on behalf of a large Private Equity Fund. Michael also managed real estate investment for a Florida investor.

In 2014, Daniels co-founded Rentivity and served as the CEO. Rentivity is a touchless leasing platform that streamlines the entire leasing process through a mobile application. The platform offers customizable marketing, screening, and workflow features.

Since 2019, Daniels has been a Council Member at Forbes Real Estate Council.

Michael Daniels has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. Michael also attended the Musicians Institute, where they studied Music Performance, Teaching, and Business. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in February 2003.
