Scott Gu

Scott Gu serves as the Managing Director at Rently China since December 2020. Previously held the position of Director of Innovative Product at Zhidao Auto from April 2018 to November 2020, focusing on product strategy and smart connected in-vehicle solutions. Prior roles include Director of Engineering at hOme labs, managing IoT software platform development, and Manager of Software Engineering at Cisco, overseeing middleware software and cloud-based solutions for China’s cable operators. Scott Gu also directed engineering efforts at Casa Systems, Inc. and led software engineering teams at BigBand Networks. Scott Gu holds a Master's degree in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
