Lucy N

Lucy N has over 10 years of work experience in the fields of product management, business analysis, and marketing. Lucy began their career in 2007 as a Sales Associate at T.A Diamonds, where they provided exceptional customer service and educated purchasers about high-end and GIA certified diamonds. In 2009, they took on the role of Marketing Director for Culture Show 2010 at SJSU Vietnamese Student Association. In 2010, they completed a project for their Portfolio Management course at SJSU, designing an income statement and balance sheet, allocating assets based on Risk Tolerance, and choosing Mutual Funds and ETFs using Active and Passive Investment Strategies. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Business Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Sumitomo (SHI) Cryogenics of America, Inc., and Kaiser Permanente. In 2018, they began working at Kyriba as a Business Analyst (FX Risk Management), where they drove product releases in an Agile software development environment, collaborated with Sales, Support, and Marketing to strategize, plan, and build products that add values and drive revenue, supported Sales and Professional Service in upsell opportunities, and wrote product requirements, prioritized releases, maintained a product roadmap and backlog, and created release notes. Currently, they are a Sr. Product Manager at letus (previously RentMoola).

Lucy N received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Golden Gate University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their BS in Finance from San Jose State University between 2009 and 2011.
