Eric Huang

Eric Huang is an experienced Operations Director at Rentokil Initial in China since August 2012, leading a multinational team to deliver exceptional service across a diverse customer base. Prior to this role, Eric served as National Senior Service Manager at N.E.W. Customer Service Companies, Inc., where oversight of a third-party service provider network was a key responsibility. Eric also held the position of National Service Manager at SPX, managing after-sales service teams, and worked as National Service & Logistics Manager at Whirlpool Corporation. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, obtained from 1987 to 1991.
