Johan Retief

Johan Retief is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, governance, and financial services. As a co-founder of Quickflow Beverage Technology, Johan successfully raised R2.5 million in funding and secured patents for innovative products. At Rentokil Initial, served as Group M&I PMO Manager, leading project management operations across the UK and US. Previous roles include Head of Consumables, Interim Consumables Team Leader, and IT Governance Officer at aYo Holdings, where Johan implemented IT policies and frameworks. Johan's past experience encompasses managerial positions at Coris Capital, Moore Stephens, and Sanlam, including leadership in operational risk, compliance, and financial reporting. An alumnus of the University of Mauritius with an MBA, Johan has completed senior management development programs and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Stellenbosch University.
