Sam Brooks

Sam Brooks has extensive experience in digital technology and product management, currently serving as the IoT Product Owner at Rentokil Initial since September 2018. Responsibilities include delivering a back-office IoT Management Platform to efficiently oversee over 250,000 IoT devices across Pest and Hygiene divisions. Previous roles at Rentokil Initial include Scrum Master/Business Analyst and direct support for the award-winning PestConnect IoT Solution. Earlier experience includes an Administration Assistant role at Martello Piling Ltd and a Process Assurance and Governance position at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, focused on incident management and process compliance. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Northumbria University and has completed training at the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing.
