Christopher Li

Christopher Li has held various positions in the financial and real estate industries since 2015. Christopher began their career in 2015 as a Project Management Department Summer Intern at Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd., where they were responsible for defect inspection, internal operation control, quality control, and deadline management. In 2016, they worked as an Investment Strategy Department Summer Intern at Credit Suisse, researching forecasts and capital market trends in the foreign exchange, bonds, commodity and equity markets. In 2017, they returned to Henderson Land Development Co. Ltd. as a Leasing Department Intern, conducting market research on co-working space and evaluating project feasibility on new co-working venture by forecasting rent rates, occupancy rates and capital expenditure. Most recently, in 2019, Christopher Li joined Rentroom as a Product Manager and Software Engineer.

Christopher Li attended Babson College from 2014 to 2018, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus in Accounting and Finance. In 2018, they also attended Fullstack Academy.
