Tom Ailor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tom began their career as a Computer Sales Associate at Best Buy in 2004. Tom then worked as a Construction Laborer at A+ Construction from 2005 to 2005, followed by an Inventory Specialist role at Best Buy from 2005 to 2005. In 2005, Tom joined Starbucks as a Barista and later became a Shift Supervisor. Tom also worked at The Coffee House as a Barista in 2007. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Alliance World Coffees in various roles, including Barista Trainer and Director of Operations. Tom then served as the Roasting Facility Manager at Cultiva Coffee Roasting Company in 2010 before transitioning to Indigo Bridge Books & Cafe as a Cafe Manager from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they held the position of Director of Coffees at Cultiva Coffee. Most recently, Tom has been employed at RentVision since 2016, initially as an Accounting & Admin Associate and currently as the Director of Finance and HR.

Tom Ailor attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2004 to 2007. Tom studied Accounting during this time but did not obtain a degree.
