Cassidy Watt

Cassidy Watt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and the arts. Currently serving as the Sr. HR Manager for Employee Services at Renuity since January 2025, Cassidy has previously held multiple HR roles at Mad City Windows & Baths and Fairmont Olympic Hotel, showcasing expertise in talent management and employee relations. As a contemporary mixed media encaustic artist, Cassidy has been actively creating since January 2019 under Cassidy Marayna Studio Art. Additional experience includes managing operations as a co-visionary at Sweet Lo's Homemade Ice Cream, LLC, and serving as an executive assistant at Advancing Inspiration, LLC. Cassidy holds a Master’s Degree in Policy Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology, both from the University of Washington.
