Kyle Petty

Kyle Petty is an experienced engineering professional with a background in instrumentation and controls design, project management, and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as an Instrumentation and Controls Design Engineer at ReNuke Services since October 2022, Kyle previously held roles including Project Manager and Mechanical & Electrical Lead Technician for the US Army and Department of Defense. At Corning Incorporated, Kyle supervised capital projects for the Fiber Optics Division, and earlier experience includes being a Managing Plant Services Engineer at Advanced Drainage Systems, Inc. A graduate of Rowan-Cabarrus Community College with an Associates Degree in Electro/Mechanical Engineering Technologies, Kyle's career began in NASCAR, where leadership skills were developed as Crew Chief and Pit Crew Coach from 1993 to 2015.
