Michael Lauder

Michael Lauder is the Chief Operating Officer at RENW®, a company focused on manufacturing plastic-free products and advanced biomaterials. Previously, Michael held several key positions at element6 Dynamics, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and SVP Global Commercial Compliance & Operations, where the company developed sustainable alternatives to tree-based pulp using industrial-grade hemp. Michael's career also includes senior roles at Santa Fe Farms, High Grade Hemp Seed (where Michael served as CEO), and corporate development roles at Jabil and Manhattan Construction Company. Additionally, Michael has significant experience in investment management and mergers and acquisitions with Raymond James & Associates and GLG. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Tampa.
