Michael Marchuk serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Ukraine Recovery Fund, a role in which they spearhead initiatives to enhance Ukraine's economic landscape by fostering public and private investments. As a Managing Partner at PAPACKS, they lead the transformation toward renewable materials in the packaging industry, managing the largest moulded fibre production facility in Europe. Michael is also the Chairman of the Board at Ukrainian Hemp®, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and renewable materials. Additionally, they contribute to the EMBA European Material Bank as a Board Member, supporting ecological solutions across various industries. Michael is currently pursuing a Diploma in Education focusing on Organizational Leadership at Stanford University.
