Disha Agarwal is an experienced marketing professional with a diverse background in business leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving in a marketing role at Reo.Dev, a go-to-market operating system for developer-focused companies, Disha also co-founded YUA Labs, which accelerates growth for entrepreneurs. Previously, Disha held the position of Associate Vice President at Unacademy, managing a P&L exceeding INR 300Cr and directing growth strategies across various categories. Disha's career began with roles at PepsiCo, where leadership in content management was demonstrated, and foundational training occurred as a management trainee. Disha holds an MBA in Marketing from the Management Development Institute in Gurgaon and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
