BioCulus: Our Textile-to-Textile Innovation
BioCulus is our biological recycling technology that uses enzymes to break polyester textiles back down to their original building blocks. This process enables a regeneration of the material with no quality downgrade, establishing a new benchmark for true circularity in polyester.

We operate two complementary recycling technologies:
Biological Recycling – BioCulus
Textile-to-textile regeneration powered by enzymes, delivering high-purity results with no loss of performance.

Mechanical Recycling
Efficient processing of mixed polyester waste. Direct spinning of Filament Yarn. 
With a yearly in-house capacity of 250,000 tons and fully integrated spinning facilities, we convert recycled polyester into high-performance filament yarn at scale.

We also developed FixDye, our dope-dyed yarn technology. Using a fixed recipe for both color and process, FixDye ensures consistent performance, color harmony, and significant resource savings.
