Charu Rawat

Charu Rawat is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in multiple roles at Reorg since September 2019, progressing from Data Scientist to Director, Data Science. Prior to Reorg, Charu was a Graduate Researcher at the Wikimedia Foundation, contributing to a research project with the Trust & Safety Team and presenting findings at notable conferences, including winning the Best Paper Award at the IEEE SIEDS 2019. Additionally, Charu has experience as an Analyst and Associate at The D. E. Shaw Group, focusing on data-driven investment strategies. Charu holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Virginia, completed in 2019.
