John Erban

John Erban is the Chief People Officer at Reorg. Prior to joining Reorg, John was an Advisor & Operating Partner at Bodhala from February 2021 to June 2021. John has also served as an Advisor & Operating Partner at Medmo from February 2021 to June 2021.

John has significant experience in people operations, having served as the Senior Vice President, Global Head of Legal Talent at Axiom from January 2020 to February 2021, where they led a global team of 50 in strategy, growth, retention, hire-to-retire operations, and employee experience. John also served as Vice President, People at Axiom from February 2017 to January 2020, and as Director, People from February 2015 to February 2017. Prior to that, they served as Senior Manager, People at Axiom from June 2014 to February 2015.
