Kerry Simon

Kerry Simon currently serves as the Vice President and Head of HR at Reorg, a company dedicated to providing market intelligence and innovative technology to hedge funds, investment banks, and law firms since June 2021. Prior to this, Kerry held the role of Senior Director on the People Team at Reorg and spent nearly eight years at Axiom as the Director of People, where Axiom is recognized as a leader in tech-enabled legal services. Additional experience includes recruitment positions at Percolate Inc., Blue Apron, Revlon, and L'Oreal, focusing on talent acquisition and development in various global capacities. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and History from Fairfield University and pursued culinary education at the Institute of Culinary Education from 2014 to 2015.
