Simon Schatzberg

Simon Schatzberg is a skilled journalist with a strong background in reporting and translation. Currently serving as a Latin America Reporter at Reorg since July 2022, Simon has previously worked as a contract transcriptionist and translator at the Audio Transcription Center, where responsibilities included transcribing and translating audio and video files between Spanish and English. Additional experience includes writing for Mexico News Daily and serving as a web editor/reporter for The News. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Journalism and Latin American Studies from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and English from Knox College. Simon's early experiences also encompass youth political advocacy and various editorial roles, showcasing a commitment to communication and community engagement.
