Lance Haun is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research, insights, and writing within the B2B technology and HR industries. Currently serving as Practice Lead for Research & Insights at Rep Cap since September 2025, Lance also contributes as a writer for Reworked, focusing on HR industry changes due to digital transformation. Previously, Lance held strategic leadership roles at The Starr Conspiracy, including Vice President of Market Insights and Practice Director, where research and consulting on work technology were central to the mission.
