Ayesha Azaz is a Senior Project Consultant at Rep Data. Ayesha has previously worked as a Survey Project Manager - Global Market Insights at Atheneum and as a Senior Data Analyst at Centre for Economic Research in Pakistan (CERP).

Ayesha has extensive experience in designing, analyzing and visualizing large data sets to conclusively develop analytical approaches informing data backed decision making for a variety of clients coming from Education, Energy, Microfinance, Law and Health sectors around the world.

Some of their notable projects include executing an impact evaluation study for an EDtech client based in Pakistan, Malawi and Bangladesh; designing customer profiling, product testing and market assessment tools for a financing company; and designing and analyzing lending products data for a microfinance company for cost optimization and KPI evaluation.

In addition to their work with data, Ayesha is also skilled in managing end-to-end project communications with clients, starting from proposal development to delivering complete high-end analytical solutions and their technical and strategic relevance reports with appropriate recommendations.

Ayesha has also led a team of 2-3 interns in performing data cleaning and ensuring basic data quality and data health protocols for incoming data from clients.

Ayesha Azaz has a Bachelor's degree in Economics-Politics from Lahore University of Management Sciences and an FS.c (intermediate) in Pre-Engineering from City College Of Science and Commerce Multan. Ayesha also has a certification from monday.com in the monday.com Product Badge.
