Manager, Client Success at Rep Data

Kate Heywood is the Manager of Client Success at Rep Data. Kate was previously the Client Services Director at Sermo from July 2019 to September 2021. In that role, they were responsible for actively managing a team of Client Service Managers, with a focus on managing clients and all aspects of projects once they were sold. Kate consulted with clients on sample design and business issues, provided superior customer service by working with Project Managers and Research Managers to execute project specifications and deliver quality results to clients, resolved sales or delivery issues with client and Operations teams, and collaborated with partners and vendors to ensure seamless project execution. Kate also organized client and internal kick off calls, developed insightful proposals and delivered strategic sales communications. In addition, they managed PM capacity and workloads by communicating with PM leaders to ensure project fit for PMs and then assigning projects accordingly. Kate served as the escalation point for all project related tasks-internally and externally, actively sought high client Sat Scores, supported assigned account(s) by effectively managing relationships, and conducted “Business Review” meetings with each client.

Kate Heywood graduated from St. Johnsbury Academy and then went on to study nursing at Colby-Sawyer College. After completing their degree, Kate became a registered nurse.

Kate Heywood reports to Patrick Stokes, Founder & CEO. Kate Heywood works with Mark Tzatzaris - Partner, Ryan Rothe - Partner, and Kelli Antoniuk - Senior Director, Business Development. Some individuals on their team include Haley Smith - Client Services Associate, Annie Stokes - Client Services Associate, and Blaine Thomas - Client Services Associate.
