Kyle Cousans

Kyle Cousans is an experienced product and solutions management professional with a robust background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Rep Data since September 2025, Kyle previously held product management positions at Parade and Snap! Mobile, and served as a Solutions Architect at WorkBoard. A significant tenure occurred at Lucid Holdings, Inc., where Kyle contributed in various capacities, including Product Manager and Senior Manager for both Sales Engineering and Customer Success. Earlier experience includes a role as a Program Analyst at Youth Rebuilding New Orleans and a Research Assistant at the University of Oklahoma. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Oklahoma in 2014.
