Heison Gschwend

Heison Gschwend is the Managing Director of REPA Swiss GmbH, where they develop and implement business plans to enhance cost efficiency and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders. Previously, they served as Sales Director for REPA, where they developed strategies to achieve sales targets and foster relations with customers. Heison has extensive experience in sales management, having worked as a Sales Manager at Valser Service 1961 and as Branch Manager at bofrost*suisse, where they successfully led teams and modernized sales concepts. Heison holds multiple diplomas in business administration and sales management from institutions including ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences and HSO Business School Switzerland.
