Michael Muelfarth

Michael Muelfarth is an experienced HR executive currently serving as Vice President of People & Culture at REPA since December 2023. Previously, Michael held significant leadership roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included Head of HR Europe for Devices & Services and Head of HR Regional Partner EMEA from September 2017 to November 2023. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Business HR at Sky and Senior Manager of HR for Central Eastern Europe at Apple. Additionally, Michael has worked at Sony Mobile Communications as HR Director for CEEMEA/EMEA and Senior HR Manager for Global Sales & Marketing. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Executive Global HR Leadership from Rutgers University and a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Human Resources Management from Cologne University of Applied Sciences.
