John Keane started their work experience as an Application Developer at MicroBilt in 1992. John then worked as a Development Manager and Team Lead Consumer Internet Development at MCI Communications from 1996 to 1998. After that, they worked as a Sr. Manager Internet Solutions at cable and wireless from 1998 to 2003, where they later became a Sr. Product Manager - Global Remote Access Services. Keane then joined Sprint Nextel in 2003 as a Sr. Product Manager, managing the go-to-market strategy for the Wi-Fi product portfolio. John then worked at VeriSign as a Director of Product Management from 2006 to 2008, leading the growth and support of VeriSign's mobile commerce solution. Following that, Keane served as SVP of Global Product Management at PGi from 2008 to 2015, responsible for establishing a product management department and developing new features for the Unified Communication as a Service offering. John then became the Chief Operating Officer at Noble Systems from 2015 to 2021, where they directed a global team and transitioned the organization to a work-from-home environment during the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently, Keane is the CEO and Founder of Keane Professional Services LLC since 2021, where they act as a subject matter expert in contact center software and has been engaged by SymTrain Inc. to revamp their go-to-market strategy. John will soon assume the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments, where they will oversee various teams and focus on streamlining operational processes and strengthening partnerships.
John Keane earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University, with a focus on General Management Information Systems. John then pursued a Master of Engineering degree in Telecommunications Management from The George Washington University.
