Louis Robinson

Louis Robinson has a solid background in software engineering and IT management. Louis is currently the Director of Software Engineering at REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments, where they have been working since early 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Software Engineering Manager at the same company from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining REPAY, Louis worked at CIT as the VP - Agile IT Development Manager from 2020 to 2021, overseeing software development, Salesforce, and item processing teams. Louis also worked at Mutual of Omaha Bank from 2017 to 2020, where they served as an IT Manager in software development and Salesforce, managing various technical disciplines including .NET development, Salesforce administration, and Sitecore CMS development. Louis also took on the role of Team Lead for a brief period, providing leadership and support to a cross-functional team.

Louis has prior experience at Mutual of Omaha, where they served as a Business System Consultant from 2015 to 2017, managing and administering core banking systems. Louis was also an Application Developer from 2014 to 2015, providing support for the company's primary group business administration system. Louis started their career at Mutual of Omaha as a Technical Specialist from 2012 to 2014, where they focused on production application support and development for group insurance billing.

Before entering the IT industry, Louis worked as a Manager at Outback Steakhouse from 2003 to 2012. Louis also has experience as a Computer Maintenance Technician at Bellevue University in 2010, where they maintained user machines and provided support for software applications and networks.
