Matt Mills

Matt Mills has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Matt started their career at Dell as a Software Developer II, where they served as the development lead and subject matter expert for an internal system. Matt then worked at AVAI Ventures as a Software Developer before joining Teres Solutions as a Senior Software Developer. At Teres Solutions, they were responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a web-based software application for consumer lending.

After that, Matt worked at Field Asset Services as a Senior Software Developer, followed by Hewlett-Packard as a Senior Software Developer. At Hewlett-Packard, they served as a subject matter expert and technical lead for the implementation of an online computer configuration system.

Next, Matt joined NextGen Healthcare Information Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played multiple roles including senior and lead software developer, architect, and build and deployment engineer. Matt contributed to building a new Electronic Medical Records application.

Following their work at NextGen, Matt joined Amplifier as a Technical Architect. Matt had various responsibilities, including designing and implementing line-of-business systems, project management, and providing direction for enterprise-wide architecture.

After that, Matt worked at Web.com as a Senior Software Engineer, and then at Digital Pharmacist Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. At Digital Pharmacist Inc., they served as the SME and technical lead for the Telemanager IVR platform.

Currently, Matt is working at REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments as a Senior Software Engineer/Team Lead. Their primary focus is on stabilizing and expanding the payment gateway platform, and they also lead a team responsible for supporting end users and performing maintenance on the gateway application.

Matt Mills completed their Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, attending from 1996 to 2001. Matt then pursued a Master's of Science in Computer Science from Texas State University, from 2004 to 2006.
