Peter Cromey

Peter Cromey, CPA, MAc has a diverse work experience in the field of tax and equity administration. Peter started their career as a Tax Intern at Machen McChesney & Chastain, LLP in 2008 and subsequently worked as a Tax Intern at the same company in 2009. From 2010 to 2014, Peter worked as a Supervisor in Tax at Warren Averett, LLC. Peter then joined EY in 2014, where they held various positions including Tax Senior - Business Tax Services - Private Client Services, Tax Manager - Business Tax Services - Private Client Services, and Tax Senior Manager - Business Tax Services - Private Client Services. In 2019, Peter joined REPAY - Realtime Electronic Payments as a Tax Director. Peter later assumed the roles of Vice President of Tax and Vice President of Tax and Equity Administration in 2022 and 2023, respectively.

Peter Cromey, CPA, MAc, received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Auburn University in 2008. Peter later pursued a Master of Accountancy degree at Auburn University in 2009 and completed it in 2010. In addition to their academic achievements, Peter Cromey also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) - Series 65.
