Robert Hartheimer

Robert Hartheimer is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in advisory and directorial roles across various companies in the finance and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Klaros Group since August 2022, Hartheimer is recognized for consulting at the intersection of finance, innovation, and banking regulation. As Managing Member of Hartheimer LLC since June 2008, responsibilities include directorships in multiple U.S. organizations. Notable roles also include Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Governance Committees at REPAY, Lead Independent Director at CardWorks, and Independent Director of multiple SPACs, including Thunder Bridge Capital Partners III and IV. Hartheimer co-founded Jasper, where Robert served as Chief Compliance and Regulatory Officer, and held strategic advisory roles, including with Monzo Bank. Hartheimer earned an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Hamilton College.
