Previously, Steve held several key positions, including SVP of Operations at Greenlight Financial Technology, Inc., and played a pivotal role in the company’s growth from under $1 million to over $100 million in annual recurring revenue. Their extensive experience includes roles at Barclaycard and Worldpay, where they focused on risk management, customer journey optimization, and operational excellence. Steve is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Education at Wilmington University.
