Josh Causey

Josh Causey has extensive experience in leadership roles within the construction and industrial sectors. Currently serving as President of Repcon, Inc. and Turnaround Welding Services, Josh has held various operational leadership positions, including Vice President of Operations and Director of Operations at Repcon, Inc. Previously, Josh worked at Industrial Design & Construction as Regional Manager and Project Manager/Estimator from 2004 to 2012, and at Volks Constructors in similar capacities from 1999 to 2004. Josh earned a degree in Construction Management from Louisiana State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Josh has completed several leadership programs, including seminars at the Thayer Leader Development Group at Westpoint and the Leadership for Results Program at Babson College.
