Kelly Gideon

Kelly Gideon has extensive experience in safety and health management across various roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Corporate EHS Manager at Repcon, Inc. since January 2014, Kelly has held multiple positions, including Regional Safety Manager and Safety Supervisor, focusing on site safety management for notable projects in collaboration with major clients such as Valero, BP, and Marathon. Prior experience includes serving as a Safety Coordinator for CDI Corporation and as an Electrician’s Helper/Safety Technician for EIU INC. Kelly’s foundational career began at Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office, advancing to the rank of Assistant Chief of Detectives. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University, along with various safety certifications.
