Steven Roussell is currently a senior superintendent at Repcon, Inc. and has been with the company since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked at Turner Specialty Services from 2008 to 2016 as an extractor operator and returned to the company as a superintendent in 2019. Roussell also served as an extractor operator at Optimal Field Services, LLC from 2016 to 2019 and at P2S from 2006 to 2008. They are currently continuing their education at Iowa High School.
