Aaron Fletcher

Aaron Fletcher has an extensive work experience spanning two decades. Aaron began their career in 2000 as CTO/COO of Alair Engineering, where they were responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining computers and networks, as well as improving workflow by analyzing business functions and developing software. In 2003, they became Manager and System/Network Administrator at Mayhem Games, where they were responsible for managing dual-business, internet café and computer store, as well as scheduling employees, payroll, bookkeeping, maintenance, inventory, sales, and event planning. In 2005, they became IT Consultant and Contractor at ZeroTwitch Pty Ltd, where their past work and contracts included diagnosing network and computer problems, full rebuilds and restructures of small to medium computer networks, server infrastructure build outs, building and implementing business efficiency software, accounting analysis, and building of Photoshop and Image editing software. In 2009, they founded ProGaming LTD, where they developed and implemented an online transactional platform that adapts to any video game on PC and gaming consoles. In 2010, they founded We Know Gaming, and in 2015 they became CEO of XY Gaming, one of the largest esports tournament platforms. In 2019, they founded Repeat.gg and currently serves as CEO/Founder.

Aaron Fletcher attended The University of Queensland from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a degree in Multimedia, Animation and Design.
