In 2008, Jackson founded Fallout Entertainment, a production company specializing in web-based content. The following year, they sold the company and took a position as Video Producer and AV Consultant or Director at TEDx Presidio. Jonathan produced TEDx events for six years before founding Repertoire in 2015.

Repertoire is a content creation studio that produces original video content for brands and businesses.
