Christine Smith is a passionate client success leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and SaaS industries, focused on improving communication, collaboration, and operational effectiveness. They have held various leadership roles, including positions at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida and IBM, where they dedicated themselves to enhancing client services and implementing strategic improvements. Currently, Christine serves as the Head of Operations and Customer Success at Repisodic, a Trella Health Solution, and is pursuing an MBA at Florida Southern College while also completing a BS in Health Information Management from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
