Tom Sprows

Tom Sprows currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering at Repisodic, a Trella Health Solution, since October 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple senior positions at iCIMS from January 2022 to October 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing engineering and playing a key role in the acquisition of SkillSurvey. Tom's experience also includes leadership roles at Optum, Cox Automotive Inc., and Project Management Institute, as well as founding Sprows Solutions, LLC, a consulting firm that worked with notable clients such as United Health Care and the City of New York. Tom began a career in software development at Susquehanna International Group, transitioning through various engineering roles over the years. Tom holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Scranton.
