Berk Ö. possesses extensive experience in vehicle engineering and project management, beginning with a research assistant role at Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi from 2005 to 2010, focusing on internal combustion engines, emission control, vehicle dynamics, and vehicle technologies. Berk continued at Ford Otosan from 2016 to 2019, progressing through various supervisory roles, leading vehicle durability activities for light, medium, and heavy commercial vehicles. Subsequent experience includes a vehicle engineering position at Togg from 2019 to 2023, emphasizing vehicle durability, technical coordination, functional safety, and homologation, followed by a platform manager role at Iveco Group. Since January 2025, Berk has served as a project manager in the program management office at REPKON, managing international projects and reporting directly to the general manager. Berk is also active in independent engagements since 2010, providing mentoring, technical consulting, and training in engineering and project management, alongside advanced academic qualifications, including a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
