I'm currently working on a consulting project which involves identifying, assessing and documenting business needs and recommending options, risks, and costs for the implementation plan. The role involves interviewing stakeholders and capturing their business processes through process maps. I also conduct industry research to determine if the recommendations are fit for purpose in the current industry.
