Victoria Young

Victoria Young possesses a strong background in payroll, HRIS, project management, and customer service. Currently serving as a Payroll & HRIS Analyst at Replacements, Ltd. since January 2022, Victoria has previously held roles such as Payroll & HRIS Coordinator and Learning and Development Coordinator within the same organization. Prior experience includes a tenure at Habitat for Humanity Greater Greensboro as Project Management Coordinator and Americorps Volunteer Services Coordinator. Victoria began professional career at Harris Teeter, progressing from Customer Service Clerk to Expresslane Lead, and completed a summer internship in the Human Resources Department. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Sociology from Elon University, complemented by a study abroad experience through CIEE Council on International Educational Exchange.
