Pavlovic Luka

Pavlovic Luka is a Customer Experience Product Lead with extensive experience in operations and customer relationship management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Replai, Luka drives process innovation and enhances operational performance through collaboration. Previously, Luka held various roles at Philip Morris International, including Regional Manager, where they developed a team of leaders and managed significant market share in Serbia. Luka earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Belgrade.
