Scott DeCarlo is a diverse business leader with over 25 years of expertise in supply chain management across multiple industries. Currently, Scott serves as the Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Schuman Cheese and is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Replan, an innovative AI-based planning software solution. Previously, Scott held leadership roles at ASR Group, Ferraro Foods, and the Independent Purchasing Cooperative, focusing on go-to-market supply chain strategies and operational efficiencies. Scott is passionate about executive coaching, helping leaders optimize their physical and mental performance, and also engages in amateur triathlons. Scott is pursuing a BS in Organizational Management at Nyack College.
