It all started in 2019 when two engineering students noticed the sheer amount of plastic and paper waste being generated in the catering industry. After studying alternatives available in African and Asian countries we observed the tendency to use natural materials and products to replace plastic products. Fast forward to today, we have introduced wheat drinking straws to the local market and we are collaborating with material developers and manufacturers to develop sustainable products.
