Matthew Cohen

Matt Cohen is an accomplished executive and attorney with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly as President of Replenex since June 2002. In this position, Matt has developed key performance indicators to align with business objectives, facilitated leadership transformation within a family-owned enterprise, and driven strategic planning to enhance revenue and profitability. Previous roles include Vice President, where Matt negotiated the sale of non-strategic business units and managed strategic acquisitions, and General Counsel at the Industrial Supply Association since January 2014. Additionally, Matt serves on the Board of Directors for Blizzard Ski School and has experience as a Program Director and Instructor with the Minnesota Justice Foundation. Educationally, Matt holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the University of Minnesota, a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and a BA in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
