Sara Wigdahl

Sara Wigdahl, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Chief Culture Advocate at Replenex since August 2021. Prior to this role, Sara was the HR Manager at SunnyDays Therapy Inc from December 2018 to August 2021, where a comprehensive HR department was established and managed independently. Experience also includes a significant tenure at Regis Corporation from December 2010 to September 2018 as Guest Services Supervisor/Coach, overseeing performance standards for various teams and resolving complex guest issues. Earlier roles included Office Manager at Alleluia! Lutheran Church and multiple positions at Carlson Marketing Group (now Aimia) from August 1998 to December 2008, where Sara managed training and quality assurance functions. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Office Management from Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
