Michael Estep

Michael Estep is currently the Chief Operating Officer at REPLI INC. Prior to that, they were a Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings from November 2014 to June 2020. Michael has also worked as a Vehicle Service Agent at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from January 2007 to September 2011 where they were responsible for improving customer loyalty by building and maintaining strong relationships through pickup service. Michael also maintained the condition of vehicles to help maximize repeat customers and assisted in forensic accounting, bankruptcy & reorganizations financial services, and valuations for litigation support. In addition, they managed AEP Corporation rental fleet of 120 vehicles, train and assisted all new VSA's to strive for and maintain a level of excellence when working with all customers, and reduced employee turnover rate by 50% using experience in training and leadership. Michael has achieved sales, customer service, and marketing goals by increasing customer service scores at three different Enterprise locations. Michael consistently exceeded company benchmarks and used their earnings to become financially independent and defray college tuition and living expenses. Michael excelled in managing their time by working on average over 60+ hours/week during the academic calendar.

Michael Estep completed a bachelor's degree in financial economics from Capital University. Michael also has a Bachelor of Science in financial economics and general education from Columbus State Community College. In addition, they have certification from HubSpot Academy in Frictionless Sales.

Michael Estep reports to Corbin Wrights, Founder & CEO. They work with Siobhan Park - Head of Training & Marketing, Paul Cunningham - Director, Creative Services, and Blake Wrights-Lehman - Support Manager.
