Chris Carey has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2007 as a Technical Summer Intern with Arlington Public Schools. Chris then worked as a Technical Summer Intern at MITRE in 2010, followed by a Student Researcher position at RIT Insight Lab. In 2012, they held Software Engineering Co-op Intern and Software Engineering Intern positions at Intuit and Google, respectively. In 2013, they were a Software Engineer Intern at Crowdtap. In 2014, they created and launched the web application Creddle as its Creator/Founder. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Google as a Software Engineer and Software Engineer Tech Lead on the Google Analytics (GA) Analysis Front-End and Google Analytics (GA) Front-End teams, respectively. In 2022, they moved to REPLICA as a Software Engineer Tech Lead.
Chris Carey attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 2006 to 2010, Rochester Institute of Technology from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a B.S. in Software Engineering, and is currently attending New York University where they are pursuing an M.S. in Applied Urban Science and Informatics.
